AT series axial piston pumps—engineered for reliability, precision, and adaptability across diverse industrial applications.
We understand that system performance hinges on component specifications aligned with real-world operational demands. AT piston pumps deliver exceptional versatility, supported by rigorously tested parameters:
Pressure: Rated at 10–32 MPa (up to 48 MPa in high-pressure models; military-grade units reach 60 MPa), with a maximum pressure capability of 400 bar (~40 MPa).
Flow & Displacement: Theoretical flow is determined by displacement (2–40 cm³/rev; up to 500 mL/r in variable-displacement inclined-shaft models) and speed (500–2000 rpm; up to 4750 rpm in select variants). At 1.6 cm³/rev and 1500 rpm, for example, output reaches 2.4 L/min—actual flow remains consistently high thanks to volumetric efficiency of 90–95%.
Efficiency & Thermal Resilience: Mechanical efficiency ranges from 88–92%, while optimal operation occurs between 30–60°C. With safe operating limits from –20°C (with preheating or low-temp fluid) to 85°C (axial models), these pumps support demanding environments.
Flexibility: Compatible with electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic drives—and adaptable to water or air cooling, as well as various media including hydraulic oil, lubricants, and clean water.
