A10VD series variable displacement piston pumps—engineered for high performance and reliability in demanding industrial and mobile hydraulic applications. With a proven track record across construction machinery, manufacturing equipment, and other high-pressure systems, the A10VD series offers a robust solution tailored to modern operational needs.
The A10VD pump delivers exceptional performance through its advanced design and precision engineering. Available in multiple displacement options—including 17 mL/rev (A10VD17), 21 mL/rev (A10VD21), and 28 mL/rev (A10VD28)—it operates at a nominal pressure of 280 bar, with peak pressures reaching up to 350 bar. This enables consistent power delivery even under extreme conditions.
Designed for flexibility, the pump supports a wide speed range of 500–1500 r/min, with certain models capable of operating up to 2500 r/min. It achieves a volumetric efficiency of approximately 95% and total efficiency of around 90%, contributing to reduced energy consumption and improved system responsiveness.
One of the key strengths of the A10VD series lies in its versatile control options. Through adjustable swashplate mechanisms, it enables stepless variable flow control. Configurations include pressure control (DR), flow control (FR), combined control (DFR1), and electric proportional control (EP), which ensures rapid response and precise linear regulation via electrical signals.
The pump is compatible with ISO VG 46 hydraulic oil and water-ethylene glycol fluids, operating reliably within a temperature range of -20 °C to 90 °C. To ensure longevity, we recommend maintaining oil cleanliness at NAS level 9 or better, along with routine maintenance such as seal inspections every 2000 hours and oil replacement every 1000–3000 hours or six months, whichever comes first.
Installation is straightforward, with horizontal mounting preferred. Vertical installation is supported provided proper oil priming and air bleeding are performed, and backpressure in the drain line must not exceed 0.5 bar.
With its combination of high efficiency, low noise, and durable performance, the A10VD series stands out as a reliable choice for next-generation hydraulic systems.
