The EFBG valve integrates three key functional units: a flow control unit, a pressure control unit, and an energy-saving unloading function. The flow control unit, consisting of the 2nd solenoid coil and 3rd valve shaft, adjusts flow by modulating the valve opening in response to input current. This ensures accurate, real-time flow regulation.
The pressure control unit—comprising the No.1 electro-hydraulic proportional pilot relief valve, No.6 piston, No.9 spring, and No.10 spring needle valve—maintains stable system pressure by regulating pilot valve spring resistance, enabling reliable overflow pressure control.
Additionally, the valve features an unloading function: during system inactivity, pressure oil returns to the tank via the 7th overflow port, minimizing energy consumption. A built-in temperature compensation mechanism ensures consistent flow performance, unaffected by oil temperature fluctuations.
With a standard port diameter of 10mm and a nominal pressure rating of up to 31.5MPa, the EFBG valve is engineered for durability and efficiency in oil-based hydraulic applications.
